One Chapel College functions at an extremely fast pace and at a high level. Fortunately, God has called the individuals below to take on the task of running One Chapel College, which includes: creating course curriculum, managing marketing elements, distributing and grading all assignments, new student recruitment and evaluation, and MORE!

Pastor Russ is the Director of One Chapel College and the Executive Pastor for One Chapel. After graduation from Oral Roberts University with a degree in international business and theology, Pastor Russ spent several years as an associate pastor in Germany, Colorado, and Mississippi.

For 14 years, he was the senior pastor of CrossPointe Community Church in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Through his leadership, CrossPointe became a multi-site church: the original campus in Whitewater, campuses in Milton and Jefferson, as well as two Spanish speaking campuses – one in Whitewater and one in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Pastor Russ has a passion for city transformation and raising up the next generation of leaders.  He loves March Madness and fall is centered around the Broncos, Packers, and Cowboys.  Yes!  He loves all three teams. He plays tennis and volleyball when his body stays together and he loves to read.  You are welcome to check out a book from his vast library.

Pastor Russ is married to Courtney, who is a licensed financial advisor, and together they have four children:  Mackenzie (the “driven”), Madison (the “nurturer”), Landon (the “perfectionist”), and Sheldon (the “talker”).

Pastor Ken is a teacher at ONEchapel College and is an associate pastor at ONEchapel.  Ken graduated from Berean Bible Institute and entered the pastoral ministry at the age of 21.  He has held senior pastor and associate pastor positions, over the past 48 years, in California, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, British Columbia and Texas. He is married to Sharon, and they have six children and 23 grandchildren.

Pastor Kim is a teacher at One Chapel College and an Associate Pastor at One Chapel. Kim grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University. After graduation she moved to Europe and ministered in England and Belgium with Teen Challenge from 1979-1982.

Kim has been married to Dale since 1982. They have two grown sons: Daniel, who is married to Brigette, and Benjamin, who is married to Holly. She also claims as one of her own, her niece whom she helped raise, Sunnie Leigh, who is married to Kasey.  Dale and Kim have nine wonderful grandchildren, Ridge, Reese, Raegan, Pierce, Suede, Sadie Kate, Knox, Johnny, and Joseph! Her family is her most precious gift.

When her youngest child went to college, Kim decided to continue her education and in 2008 she received her Master of Divinity and Biblical Studies. The motivation to communicate God’s Word comes from the desire to show that knowing God is not difficult. Her heart is to help others know and love the Lord.

Kim takes great delight in things created by hand. When she can, Kim loves to create pottery, weave, sew, and garden.  She also likes to travel.  Presently, Dale and Kim live in Dripping Springs, Texas.
